Purchase & Registration
After purchasing your ID Tag and membership term of 3, 6, 12 or 36 months from our online store you will receive your order within 5 working days containing your tag(s) and a 7 digit Membership Term Code. Visit our registration page and use your Membership Term Code to create your ID-Aware account adding the details of the account holder. These are the details of the person who will be managing the ID Aware account (this may or may not be the tag carrier).
After successful registration your account login details will be emailed to you. You can then login to your account and follow these 3 simple steps to activate your first ID Tag. For first time users a 'Getting Started' help checklist will appear after login with these three steps until all have been completed and at least one ID Tag has been successfully activated.
Step 1 - Add an Emergency Contact. (Click here to go to step 1)
Add the details of one or more people that should be contacted in the case of an emergency. Click the 'ADD CONTACT' button to add each new contact.
Step 2 - Create a Tag User Profile. (Click here to go to step 2)
Create a profile containing the full details and any emergency assistance information for the carrier of the ID Tag. Designate one or more Emergency Contact(s) created in step 1.
Step 3 - Activate an ID Tag. (Click here to go to step 3)
Using the unique code printed on your ID Tag, activate it by assigning the Tag User Profile created in step 2 to the ID Tag.
Membership Term Code (MTC): When a new customer purchases an ID Tag from our online store they will also select a membership term of 3, 6, 12 or 36 months. A 7 digit Membership Term Code (MTC) will be dispatched with your ID Tag(s) which is used to create your account.
ID Tag User Profile: The ID Tag User Profile contains all the details and emergency care information of the carrier of the ID Tag that should be shared in the case of an emergency.
Emergency Contacts: You can create as many Emergency Contacts as required. These contain the details of people who should be contacted in case of an emergency and are assigned to ID Tag User Profiles
Account Holder: Details of the person who manages the ID Aware account.
Each ID Wristband/Card has its own unique ID Number, which is registered to an ID-Aware User. User’s can have as many ID numbers registered to them as they like, but each wristband/card ID Number can only be registered to one User.
This enables replacement ID wristbands/cards to be sent to a User who simply registers the new ID Number(s) to them.
£2.99 per month inclusive of VAT provides you with the 24/7 ID and live telephone reporting service, for any number of ID Tags, people, pets and personal property. There is a one off £20 registration fee for all customers who join.
If you lose or break your ID wristband you can simply purchase a new one in the shop – simply click BUY NOW on this page. Every ID wristband and card has a unique ID number. When you receive your wristband or card, you must allocate the ID number to your account.
